Meet Amabelle Mercado, Executive Assistant

Amabelle, also known as “Ama,” is a highly talented, detail-oriented Executive Assistant and customer service advocate with two years of experience. She has assisted her clients with administrative tasks, email management, social media management, web design, graphic design, and video editing.

Before working as an Executive Assistant, Ama had more than ten years of corporate job experience as a Customer Service Representative. She handled different accounts, such as financial, technical, medical, and telecommunications accounts. As a mortgage specialist, she helped customers with inquiries about their home property mortgage and escrow details. She also worked with Citibank, assisting customers with their credit card details.

Ama’s technical support experience includes assisting customers with computer software and Avaya phone troubleshooting. On medical account assistance, she answered inquiries from medical providers about dental and vision insurance for their patients. With her telecommunications account experience, she assisted customers in activating their new mobile phones, provided transaction details, and offered basic troubleshooting.

Throughout her career, Ama has demonstrated the importance of communication and patience. She has been an expert in dealing with different customers, maintaining her professionalism even under critical situations and pressure.
